Dear Wah Yan Community,

We hope this message finds you well and in good spirits.

In accordance with the Education Bureau’s announcement, under the impact of the coming typhoon, we regret to inform you that there will be no school tomorrow, 1 September, for the safety of our students and staff.

As a result, the scheduled school opening ceremony and activities will be postponed to Monday, September 4th. Please take note of the leaving time for different forms as follows:

F.1 and JASERs : 1:50pm (after orientation activities)
F.2 – F.5 : 10:10am (after class matters)
F6 : 10:15am – 11:10am (after photo-taking)

We kindly request all students and parents to take note of this change. Normal lessons will resume on Tuesday, September 5th, which will be a Day 2.

Please stay safe and take necessary precautions during this time.
